1. The company shall pay the SeoTech 100% in advance.
2. Upon receipt of payment from the company, the SeoTech will start optimizing the company's web site for the search engines.
3. The company may choose from 6 packages: a Starter Pak, a Medium Pak, a Maximum Pak, a Traffic Pak, a Premium Pak, and a Ultimate Pak.
4. If the company invest in the Starter Pak, it will pay the SeoTech $1397. In this case, the SeoTech will optimize the company's web site for 5 keywords. The SeoTech guarantees that it will attain at least 4 top 10 positions for the company within 7 months from the time that the company orders the SeoTech's services. If the SeoTech fails to achieve at least 4 top 10 positions within 7 months, the consultant will return $1397 to the company. If the consultant achieves more than 4 top 10 positions for the company after 7 months, the company need not pay anything extra to the consultant.
5. If the company wishes to purchase the Medium Pak, it will pay the consultant $1853. In this case, the SeoTech will optimize the company's web site for 10 keywords. The SeoTech guarantees that it will attain at least 8 top 10 positions for the company within 7 months from the time that the company orders the SeoTech's services. If the SeoTech fails to achieve at least 8 top 10 positions within 7 months, the SeoTech will return $1853 to the company. If the SeoTech achieves more than 8 top 10 positions for the company after 7 months, the company need not pay anything extra to the SeoTech.
6. If the company wishes to purchase the Traffic Pak, it will pay the SeoTech $2397. In this case, the SeoTech will optimize the company's web site for 15 keywords. The SeoTech guarantees that it will attain at least 12 top 10 positions for the company within 7 months from the time that the company orders the SeoTech's services. If the SeoTech fails to achieve at least 12 top 10 positions within 7 months, the SeoTech will return $2397 to the company. If the SeoTech achieves more than 12 top 10 positions for the company after 6 months, the company need not pay anything extra to the SeoTech.
7. If the company wishes to purchase the Maximum Pak, it will pay the SeoTech $2977. In this case, the SeoTech will optimize the company's web site for 20 keywords. The SeoTech guarantees that it will attain at least 16 top 10 positions for the company within 7 months from the time that the company orders the SeoTech's services. If the SeoTech fails to achieve at least 16 top 10 positions within 7 months, the consultant will return $2977 to the company. If the consultant achieves more than 16 top 10 positions for the company after 6 months, the company need not pay anything extra to the SeoTech.
8. If the company wishes to purchase the Premium Pak, it will pay the SeoTech $3497. In this case, the SeoTech will optimize the company's web site for 25 keywords. The SeoTech guarantees that it will attain at least 20 top 10 positions for the company within 7 months from the time that the company orders the SeoTech's services. If the SeoTech fails to achieve at least 20 top 10 positions within 6 months, the SeoTech will return $3497 to the company. If the SeoTech achieves more than 20 top 10 positions for the company after 7 months, the company need not pay anything extra to the SeoTech.
9. If the company wishes to purchase the Ultimate Pak, it will pay the SeoTech $3977. In this case, the SeoTech will optimize the company's web site for 30 keywords. The SeoTech guarantees that it will attain at least 24 top 10 positions for the company within 7 months from the time that the company orders the SeoTech's services. If the SeoTech fails to achieve at least 24 top 10 positions within 7 months, the consultant will return $3977 to the company. If the SeoTech achieves more than 24 top 10 positions for the company after 7 months, the company need not pay anything extra to the SeoTech.
10. No refund will be issued under any circumstances before 7 months from the time that the company has placed the order with the SeoTech
11. The SeoTech shall not optimize the company's web site for single word keywords. The SeoTech shall only optimize the company's web site for multiple word keywords.
12. The number of top 10 positions that the SeoTech has obtained for the company will be calculated on the basis of the positions that the SeoTech has managed to obtained for the company's web site in the major search engines and directories, i.e. AltaVista, AOL, Fast, Google, HotBot, IWon, Lycos, MSN, Netscape, Open Directory and Yahoo!.
13. The copyright to the pages created or modified by the SeoTech will belong to the company. However, if the company makes any changes to these pages without the advice of the SeoTech, the SeoTech will not be responsible for the consequences. If the company makes changes to these pages without the advice of the SeoTech and if the company's site fails to achieve the guaranteed number of top 10 positions in the search engines within the stipulated time period, the SeoTech will not be liable to issue any refunds to the company.
14. Because of frequent changes made by the search engines in the methods by which they rank sites, the SeoTech does not guarantee that the search engine positions that the SeoTech has obtained for the company will be permanent.
15. In order to create the optimized pages for the company, the SeoTech may ask the company for some content related to the company's site. The company will promptly provide the SeoTech with the content required by the SeoTech.
16. Whenever the SeoTech recommends certain modifications to the design or content of the company's web site in order to improve the position of the company's web site in the search engines, the company will promptly make such modifications. If the company fails to make all the modifications recommended by the SeoTech, the guarantee period of 7 months as mentioned in clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in this agreement will be extended by as much time as is taken by the company to make the changes recommended by the SeoTech. If the company has not made all the changes required by the SeoTech, no refund will be issued under any circumstances before the extended guarantee period expires, notwithstanding what has been mentioned in clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in this agreement.
17. The SeoTech will not divulge information related to the personal or financial affairs of the company to any third party unless specifically instructed to do so by the company in writing.
18. The SeoTech will not optimize any adult oriented sites or sites in any language other than English. If an order is placed for an adult oriented site or a site which has content in a language other than English, the order will be cancelled.
The amount paid by the company will be refunded, after deducting any credit card processing costs that the SeoTech had to incur in order to process the order.
